I'm trying to use the Spam Control in My Verizon -> My Services - > Spam Controls in order to block a phone number that is harassing me. However, when I input the number and hit submit, I get an error message saying: "We were unable to complete your requested change at this time. Please try again later." Am I doing something wrong, or is the service just down? If so, when will it be available again? It's been doing this all day long.
