Hi, I have a Galaxy S9+ with the latest software, etc. In message + app on the conversations tab I go to the three lines and I select customize. I go to the new message notification screen and my chosen sound is pizzicato. Now this is where things get interesting. This pizzicato tone doesn't get assigned to my contacts. When people text me the sound I get is the default verizon message alert. Now I am not going to go into EACH one of my contacts and change the alert. **bleep**? Also, I am able to assign individual message tones to my contacts and that works.
