Hello, I just bought and activated a new basic phone on my existing plan. However, I tried to transfer some contacts with a .csv file, but I am unable to do so. First of all, the Backup Assistant is not installed, and I don't see any way of installing it. In my "Media Center" folder, there are only three items: 1. Music 2. Ringtones 3. Notification sounds How do I get the app on this phone? Secondly, the Cloud in the "Verizon Apps" is not working. I get a "Verizon Cloud has encountered an error. Please close application and try again (code:10020)". What is wrong with this phone? It is very frustrating to get a crippled phone like this.
