Thanks!  "Do not disturb" was not selected and neither  was call forwarding.  I did the *73 just in case.

Yesterday, a friend who is in my contacts tried calling me twice.  He said that each call went straight to voicemail, and he did not leave a message.  My phone never rang or indicated that a call was incoming or missed, and no missed calls from his number appear on my missed calls list.  The call log on his Samsung shows the calls.  This is a a very serious issue.  I have small children and cannot ever miss calls completely like this.  I was in an area with good signal strength, had sufficient battery power, do not disturb was not on, and my iPhone 7+ is fully updated with iOS 10.3.2. Has anyone else experienced this?  Is this a Verizon issue or an Apple issue?  Need to know ASAP so I can switch phones or carrier as needed.  Thanks!
