I'm new to the android phone and am stymied by my ability to listen to visual voicemail messages. if i select one, and hit the play button, once i put the phone up to my ear the phone stops playing the message and the screen goes dark/locks. this is highly annoying and i havent found a way to stop this from happening. i'd be ok with a way to play the message by turning on speakerphone, but i don't see how to do that either. can someone help an android newbie?
