Along with my $39.99 Basic individual plan, I purchased the $10 a month 500 texts & unlimited M2M pack. This is what my first bill says: Under the monthly access charges section of my bill, it says: 500 MSG Allowance + Unl IN MSG 06/25 - 06/25 . $32 500 MSG Allowance + Unl IN MSG 06/26 - 07/25 $10.00 Under the usage section of my bill it says: Data Usage Allowance Used Billable Charge Unlimited M2M TXT message (06/25 - 06/25) unlimited 1 -- -- TXT/PIX-FLIX (06/25 - 06/25) messages 16 52 36 3.60 Why is it charging me $3.60? does it mean i'm only allowed to use 16 of my 500 texts a day? If anyone knows why my bill says this, please reply. My first bill is already so high, so anything would help. Thanks in advance!
