I just received a MotoZForceDroid as a replacement phone. I have everything set up except the Visual Voice mail. When I attempt to open the visual voicemail app, I get the following message: Setting up Visual Voicemail, then it takes me to the Call Voicemail screen. I have attempted to clear the cache/data and force stop, but that still doesn't reset it. I also went to the App Store and I get a: This app is incompatible with all your devices message. How do I get Basic Visual Voicemail to work?
