Thanks everyone for your input, it's truly appreciated. In addition to what you've tried, please delete your current email accounts and reprogram your device by following the steps outlined below: 1. From the home screen, touch the applications tab (located on the bottom of the display). 2. Touch Settings. 3. Touch Accounts. 4. Touch the email account. 5. Touch the setting: To view our simulator on your device, please go to the link below: http://support.vzw.com/swf/droid2/simulator.html From the link above, click on EMAIL Next, click on Add a New Email Account (POP3/IMAP) The step-by-step instructions will be provided on the right-hand side of the page.
