My work phone number that has a 512-594 exchange shows up as "restricted" or "unknown" when I call a Verizon cell phone. I do not have any numbers blocked on my phone. When I call from my work landline to a Verizon cell , whether it is my own phone or my husband's or sister's phone the call reads "restricted". Since most people don't pick up restricted or unknown caller calls , important calls are going unanswered. I have a Samsung galaxy 5 phone. This was never an issue on my galaxy 4 phone. Please help.
