I have the Ellipsis Jetpack MHS815L with an unlimited data plan. I recently bought a laptop to watch movies while away from home. I have a strong signal and can connect to the jetpack with ease. I can use the internet with relatively no problems, however playing movies seems to be an issue. #1, the movies, whether on Netflix or Amazon Prime take an unbearably long time to start and more often than not, I experience buffering making movies virtually unplayable. I have no idea how to fix/troubleshoot any issues with this problem and figured I'd ask for any help. The jetpack is up to date and connects fine, but movies seem to be almost impossible to watch. Any help/suggestions are appreciated.
In the settings ABOUT PHONE I renamed my phone when I got it. Anyone know how I can change it back to its original name? Thanks for any info.
