Looks like your doing everything that I would advise. I would suggest the safe senders list if that helps you get your email in the inbox for the customer's

Robertop, have you tried the following? The info below  is found here Turn on your TV and the FiOS TV Set-Top Box. Make sure you can see live TV. Press and hold the OK and FiOS TV buttons together then release both buttons. The red LED light blinks 2 times and then stays on. Press and hold the Play button. The remote control tries a new TV code every second. The red LED light blinks each time a new code is sent. When the TV turns off, release the Play button immediately. NOTE: Some TVs may respond slower than others. If necessary, you can press the Ch+ and Ch- buttons to go forward or backward one TV code at a time. Test your remote to ensure it is working properly: - Turn on the TV by pressing the TV button on your FiOS TV remote. - Press the Vol+ and Vol- buttons to ensure that you can control the volume. - Press the Mute and A/V buttons to ensure they work. If any of these buttons do not work, press and hold that button. Release the button as soon as it works. If all the buttons work, press OK to this TV remote code. The red LED light blinks 3 times and then turns off. Your remote control is now programmed.
I'm curious have you clicked on any of the emails and at the bottom are any listed as unsubscribe, if so then go ahead and try that and see if that will mitigate it at all.

if your just moving the email to the spam folder it doesn't really do much. you will need to go into the settings and click email settings then go to spam filter, this is the spot where you will set any filters for spam. I would block the email address that is sending the spam and even block the domain if its not one you normally see.
Jane1321, Have you checked online for your bill? Go to verizon.net sign in with your primary username and click on my bill

utilizing the spam filter like that is only going to block that line of text meaning it will only block an email if it contains that exact subject everything else will pass through. I would suggest blocking the domains or email addresses. You'd be suprised at blocking spammers for a long time then unblock them and find that all spamming has stopped. I think what they do just like any other spammer out there is that they send a ton of emails from 1 account close it then create another one and move on. Just keep blocking the domain or address if they are using a domain like verizon.net yahoo.com hotmail.com etc.

the problem with blocking client based games is a tad difficult because they use a range. what I would do is setup an admin account on the computer for administrative purposes and then setup a basic account on the computer and just use the basic account. The reason for this is the client can be blocked by PC Parental controls and the person trying to play client games will not be able to do something simple such as reset the router and you will be starting back over again.
when using verizon webmail that goes for everyone there is no class difference in that regards.

Go into webmail and if you have all of your emails set to show all on the same page just select that button and delete away....Don't forget to Empty the trash. I hope this helps
Yep it looks like they went to the 2 step authentication.
how do you get your email is it just webmail only or through a mail client. I get mine through outlook 2010 and use mail rules within the client to mitigate spam. That's the route I would go
also as a quick key control + 0 resets the viewing back to default
I'm just curious but what happens when you press control and the number 0. This resets the viewing size perhaps that will prevent the browser from reloading.
its actually all the same.... no more than 100 per email and 500 emails per hour for a total of 12,000 emails in 24 hours
which one did you go with in regards to the vpn service. I'm always shopping for a good VPN service paid or not
This is webmail in chrome for me it appears to be working. Have you tried clearing cookies and or cache or trying another browser just to check.
