After repeatedly turning down upgrade offers from Verizon, I took the bait on Feb 14 this year and signed up for the Moto Z Play offer for $5.00 a mount (2 year contract). I was told that I would see my discount in 2 to 3 billing cycles. Recently, after talking to several agents at Verizon, the last rep said that he verified the discounted plan I had signed up for and made notations on my account. Again, I was told to give it some time before the agreed plan ($5 month) would be seen. It has not been seen for this past month nor for the projection for next month.
