#1 How about adding a system code like *69 to report a call as robo? Elsewhere on the Verizon site they state they are looking for call patterns - wouldn't live feedback like a *99 ("Get lost" in Morse code) help? *99 during the call as a report/hangup would be best but probably not practical. Could a *99 cause a traceback through spoofed caller IDs? My guess is they (the dark ones) don't spoof using a new number for every call so a *99 might be able to setup a special trace in real time to catch the next spoof event. Maybe we could put the call on hold and do a *99? Complicated but eventually there will be enough *99 traces to take action. #2 - maybe we could conference in a trace tool then hang up?
