I am going on my 5th billing cycle.  I was just told because I bought my phone from a 3rd party dealer (Costco) Verizon will not give me the $150. I had been calling for the last two mo's, each time I was told it would be on my next bill. The last person I spoke to was LaVetta, I referred her to the website which showed the promotion on Nov 1st 2014.  No where does it mention anything about a 3rd party dealer.  She promised to get back to me but never did.
I ported my number over to Verizon Nov 8th. At the time they were offering new customers  $150 credit.  Still have not received it...Called them several times but but still no credit...isn't tha... See more...
