Thank you for responding but you also did not read my message (read last sentence in my 1st paragraph) as I stated my grandson is in a training program which has no wifi, no restaurant, no park, nothing to do in the hot sandpit between southern Cali & Arizona other than kill scorpions that try to run up their legs at night and use their phones as there is not enough time to sleep during continuous shifts that rotate 2hrs off 4 hrs on. This training will end on 8/28/15 & as I said we just updated our plan to 10 MB in June. A bonus of 1 or 2 MB of data to help us out this month is really not asking much as I pay almost $300 a month for 2 paid for iPhones (all data is used by grandson) & 2 old flip phones that make about 10 calls, 5 texts & have no data capabilities! I just don't think asking for a little help one time is too much to ask when we have been overcharged and misled in other transactions.

The past 18-24 months I have found myself more dissatisfied with their service, being told 1 thing on a CSR call and then something completely different at the Verizon store! I had an in store rep pull a few fast ones on us and by the time our bill came in it was over the 14 day limit to change it, etc! Today is the 1st time I have looked into other carriers and I believe we will be moving over to Sprint by the end of the week!!! I'm older, hate change lol but if my loyalty means nothing to this overpriced company then I will at least take my business to a company that doesn't rob me blind!!! Good luck to you!

We have been with Verizon Wireless from the start of using cell phones. Just got off the phone with customer service as my grandson is a U.S. Marine doing a training in the desert where the only civilized item is their phones but no wifi. For 2 smart phones (1 is rarely used) & 2 basic flip phones (that are never used) my bill is approximately 260.00 per month! Now he will go over in data by 2 GB as our billing cycle ends tonight...I pleaded for some type of help for this month as I just upgraded our plan a few months ago. I was told "sorry, there is nothing available to help you". Really?!? I asked about switching plans but was told my More Everything is the most inexpensive as this is an abnormal month to go over that much data. What happened to helping your long standing, early bill paying customers? Where does Verizon's loyalty lie? We keep seeing other companies with amazing deals but are loyal with you....can you please help your great customers out with a Bonus, better plans that don't take options away??? Your stores offer no WiFi allowing csr to say they can help you but will have to use cellular data or go home and attempt to fix the problems yourself! How does a Verizon wireless store not provide WiFi so that your 'loyal' customers may leave with their issues fixed and feeling satisfied instead of disgust?

The guy at BB transferred my data for me which was fine either way as I still have original phone. I later noticed that many of my contacts have doubled, tripled and a Doctor I see a few times per year is listed at least 100 times both as Dr Malik and just Malik???!!! Help, I honestly like her but it takes 1 minute to scroll through my M's now! I can live with the others being in there a few times and delete them at times, but I would prefer to just delete this Dr. altogether and look her # up as needed instead of this, lol! The old phone no longer allows me to edit Dr.s information, it goes to a blank screen yet I can get into other contacts to edit??? Thank you for any amount of help offered. Have a great night!
