Snn5 is correct in that you have to have a paper trail before ending the contract. The issue I see here is that you moved to a different location than when you received the contract, therfore Verizon is not obligated to waive the ETF for poor coverage in the new area. (think of it this way, if you bought a new top-of-the-line device and then moved to a area with poor coverage then got the ETF waived....EVERYONE would be getting new devices then exploiting this loophole and walk away with e new phone for free.)
