And don't get me wrong I LOVE VERIZON AND THEIR SUPPORT! been a customer for 15years..it's just this version of OS on this phone..waiting for update and hoping it fixes it..it's not Verizon's fa... See more...

Before the hard reset...and any time it reboots or I reboot it...I think it's just time to warranty it
I disable them every time it reboots..I KEEP them disabled
I'm having same issues (if not more) even after doing a hard reboot 😞 Just waiting on them to come out with the newer release and hoping it fixes the bugs

Transfer from the Device to a Computer 1.  Connect the device to a computer using the supplied USB cable. 1.  If necessary, select and hold thestatus bar (located at the top) then drag it down. 2.  SelectConnected as a camera. 3.  SelectMedia device (MTP). Selected when a check mark is present. 2.  Launch Windows Explorer. Using the computer keyboard, pressWindows+E ( +E) keys. Alternatively, right-clickStart then click Explore. 3.  From the Portable Devices section, navigate:XT1080 > Internal Storage. 4.  Utilize the computer to copy video or picture files from the following folders into the desired folder(s) on the computer's hard drive: o  DCIM\Camera o  Download o  Movies o  Pictures 5.  Disconnect the USB cable from the computer. How to do Factory Reset on device, it will erase everything. Make sure everything is backup. 1. From the Apps tab, tap Settings. 2. Tap Backup & reset. To determine if an issue is caused by a third-party app,uncheck Automatic Restore. 3. Tap Factory data reset. 4. Tap Reset phone. If presented, enter the current passcode or draw the unlock pattern. 5. Tap Erase everything. Allow several minutes for the factory data reset and reboot processes to complete. Initial Activation and Setup needed, follow the steps for setup.

Okay - seems like common issues. HELP! I'm an IT Spec that has TESTED cell phones for govt agencies before..I KNOW MY WAY AROUND PHONES AND OSs! I've called tech support...been elevated...tried EVERYTHING! I have no extra apps on phone, checked "battery usage by apps" - I have no games, no music, nothing on my phone - just pictures and the same (paid for) screen saver that I had all before the update hit. The tech guys have even scanned me. (AND I'm using the anti-virus software for the web) Ever since the lollipop push my battery dies almost hourly. My phone is so hot it almost burns my face while talking. It lags, freezes, "processes fail" and I'm talking MESSAGING AND PHONE CALL PROCESSES...not facebook or other 3rd party stuff. I have tried safe mode. I have tried factory reboot. I have tried EVERYTHING. When are you guys going to FIX THIS? I used to love this phone! Now I'm lucky if I can get the camera up in time to take a picture - forget about even TYPING a message. The KEYBOARD can't even keep up with me anymore - and I use ONE HAND! Other providers have pushed out updates for other phones and I hear it's helping...when are we going to get ours? Here's my MAIN complaint... The G4 is out and my G3 STOPPED WORKING PROPERLY MONTHS AGO!!!...yet I'm stuck with it!!!
