My daughter's phone home screen didn't work, we took it to Verizon and was told to ship it back to get replacement well they screwed us over we now owe $299.99 for a replacement phone they canceled her monthly warranty we been paying $10 on it. Now I am pissed $300.00 for a Iphone 4s fucking kidding me, I bought it for 1 cent a few months ago - Aug. 21 and they pull this BS. The home screen wasn't working, and today I was told the phone was damaged - it was NEVER damaged, give me the damn phone back! I was told there was no payment due since it's covered on warranty, but as soon as Verizon gets the phone they claim the opposite to rip you off! I am fucking pissed, for $300 they can cancel her phone line!
