Tried the factory reset and the phone still restarts after it disconnects from my bluetooth. This is after spending 30 minute finding the Factory data reset option (under SD & phone storage not Privacy), and another 2 hours to re-setup my phone and reinstall all the apps. I'll probably switch out my phone at the Verizon store and try again.
