Visual Voicemail was the reason I left Sprint.  I **DO NOT WANT** visual voicemail. Just updated to to 4.4.4 and the constant reminder to update is very, very frustrating.  All this updating to fix the bluetooth media problem.  That still isn't fixed.  (sigh)
