I have an ALLSET 45$ prepaid data plan with a galaxy4. I am on a trip in the US and I am roaming. The zip code of the place I am visiting is 28434. There is a solid triangle in my notification bar.If I make a call or text while roaming here, will I be charged? If I connect to wifi while roaming will I be charged roaming fees, or is wifi still free?
