For whatever reason, my entire neighborhood is in a dead zone... almost anywhere you walk outside only gets ~2 bars. I contacted Verizon to see if something could be done... and the representative said they would send someone out to confirm the issue, but then i never heard back. Anyone know what I can do to get Verizon to do something about this? Or do I just need to find a better provider? Thanks, Matt
