I did not have that phone with me so I had to go onto My Verizon and disable it from there.  Hopefully it is working now.  I will find out later tonight.  Thanks.

They just here the ringing tone.  When I dial *86 I get a busy signal

When someone calls my number they never go to voicemail.  When I dial *86 I get a busy signal.  How do I fix this problem.

I know that.  That is why I said rename it to .m4a which can be seen by some android phones.

you could also try changing .m4r to .m4a.

convert them to mp3 and they should show up

It seems to be delayed because Verizon apps do not work perfectly with the update.
