Are you having any issues with your mobile data services, or incoming calls ringing to your phone (reflecting as a missed call that never rang thru) or is this issue only limited to visual voicemail? A good troubleshooting step when having this issue is a reset of your network settings. SOFTWIND14, I appreciate those additional details. I know from experience how frustrating that matter can be as I had it occur on my Z Force also. I've since upgraded to the Z3 as my device became eligible to upgrade shortly after that device came out and I'd been tethered to a charger for almost 3 months. Only the wireless charger mod worked correctly but that was a slower charge to wait for a full charge on with a device that was still going to shut down and after awhile would shut off after dropping from 100 to 99%. I'd never updated my device software until after the issue began (and I know I should have with the security updates) but after doing all of the 6 updates I was behind, the same behavior was experienced. The issue itself was due to an aging battery even though my battery kept saying in good health with health checks. You mentioned you're a few months away from your upgrade. Do you know if your device is covered under an extended warranty plan? When adding the $40 international plan, that plan only applies to the device that will be outside of the country. As such, your daughter would receive a total of 100 minutes whether outbound calls received or inbound calls made. There's 100 sent messages also included in that plan with unlimited messages received and 100MBs of data. I hope this information helps. Salisbury, we can understand your concern regarding the change in your payment due date. I welcome the opportunity to clear up the details. This change actually came about as a result of our now ended switcher promotion. When getting the final bills from our competitors former customers who made the switch over to us, they all had a similar billing experience for their due dates (AT&T due 21 days after bill cycle ended, T-Mobile due 23 days) and when they assessed a late fee. Accordingly, to ensure consistency among carriers, we updated our billing practices so that they too, were aligned with others in our industry. As a result, we now require payment 22 days after the bill date but no late fee is assessed until the 25th day if not received. To make sure this change wouldn't impact existing customers significantly, they have the option that they've always had which is to change their billing cycle to ensure the payment due date is based on when they need to submit their payment. We even provide a courtesy credit of their prorated expenses as a result of a billing cycle change being requested in order to have a specific due date. These changes started back in August for our customers and all customers will be updated to the new change by the end of next month. Thus far, it hasn't had much of an impact especially since our customers do have the flexibility of changing their billing cycle to dictate when their bill will be due. They also still have the option of AutoPay in which to set their bill cycle date. We can only view the usage that is done via your cellular data in your device under Settings>Cellular>Use Cellular Data for. Since we do not provide your home service, your carrier for home services would be the best point of contact to see what's using your phone data. As a general reference, if you just got that phone and you restored data from a previous device over to it, a lot of that usage could possibly stem from your backup and the setup of that new device.

While the cloud does keep your backed up messages on it, it does not allow the content to be reviewed on the website. We do not have the server capacity to keep thousands of messages in My Verizon. If you do not have a previous VZW device that you can use and you purchased your Note7 through our direct channel, we can process a device order in interim (brand new as we do not provide loaners) until the back ordered device of your choice is received. This can be done by contacting us at 800-922-0204. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the brand new device received in interim remains in good working condition with no liquid/physical damage present until you can send it back to us once your preferred device is received.
