If you have a Gallery shortcut on your home screen you need to delete it and add it back. Just touch and hold the Gallery shortcut on your home screnn and drag it to the trash can that will appear. When both are red, drop the shortcut. Then open the app drawer and touch and hold the Gallery to install a new shortcut.
Unplug the phone from the charger and pop the battery. You shouldn't lose any info.

Your phone "ringer" is set to Vibrate. You might want to take a look at Droid Product Support on Motorola's site. It has links for the User Guide and other useful documentation.

Settings is on the upper right just past where it displays your email address.Right under Calendar Settings you should see links for General, Calendars, Mobile Setup and Labs. Click Calendars. About half way down the screen on the right you should see a link for Browse interesting calendars. Under Interesting calendars you should see links for Holidays, Sports and More. Click More. Phases of the moon will be one of the options listed.
If you d/l the free Documents to Go you will be able to view but not edit those types of documents.
