Go to profiles and there is a option to change your line as account owner.

Reprogram your phone with *228 option 1.  Then go to Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table.  Hit menu and register.

No you can't.  Because verizon uses CDMA and att uses GSM.

connect your phone to your pc and do it through desktop manager and application loader.  There is a option of start update or add/remove applications.
