Use the Internet Explorer browser (units web interface is browser sensitive it seems) and https instead of http. Either https://192.168.1.10 or if the unit has already gotten an IP address from your router than look up the mac id in the router table to see what was assigned and then use that address.... Too bad they never mention https in the manual...
