Thank you for the information presented in a civil tone.   I stopped at a VWS store today and asked the same question and was told that its not 100% but it looked like April would be the launch date with VWS. The girl I talked to had been , somewhere ,I forget where she said, and there was a prototype being demonstrated. Her words " Its going to be a kick **bleep** phone"      

OK .Just got off the phone with VWS and the girl there said :   "If the BB server for e-mail receives a [error] report it sends out a request for reinstatement of the password and if they don't get it the service will be cut off. This is to prevent someone else using your password."   So it's not a trick....... Now I'm off to find a place where the dang thing works to verify the password.......
