Your SIM card holds the phone number, phone settings, a personal security key, plus other data necessary for the phone to function on GSM networks. It does not hold your contacts, so you would need to download Backup Assistant to backup your contacts. Thank you

Thank you all for the suggestions. We would like to add some additional information. You do need to save the picture first, to your memory card. Then, you can attach the device to your PC with the USB cable. This will transfer all pictures and videos to your computer. You can then print the pictures from your computer. To Save the picture 1. Go to Text Messages view, threader veiw that shows the pic preview when its not opened. 2. Press and hold on Pic 3. Select Save from the list\ 4. Now the pic should be saved in SD/Messages folder Thank you
Place a fingertip on your notification bar and swipe downward. Press the Clear button when the next screen comes up. This will clear your toolbar of all notifications. Thank you
