Hi, I opened the Text Messaging app and clicked on the top right corner (three dots) and hit Settings. Scroll down to Notifications and Sound just underneath.  Change your sound ringtone to whatever you decide. For email, go into the email app and select the Menu at the Top left and select Settings near the bottom of that list. Select the Email account you wish to change (if you have more than one, you can customize each email account) Scroll down under Notification settings and Choose Ringtone and select whatever sound you want. That should help you with sounds, and you can also change other apps in this manner. I hope this helps. Doc

Hi, bloren3433 It is just like when Verizon got the exclusive for the Z30, AT&T will get the exclusive with the Passport.  See http://crackberry.com/att-getting-exclusive-blackberry-passport-when-it-launches-usa Verizon will get the Classic when it is released later this year.  To answer the other user wanting to know if the Passport will work on Verizon...no.  Verizon is CDMA In my opinion, BlackBerry is shooting themselves in the foot by doing the exclusive thing.  You would think they would want to sell some phones and let all of the big carriers in the USA have the Passport.  But, who am I to question them...just a consumer.  I'm not going to "jump ship" and change providers just because the latest phone is exclusive.  That won't be for long, heck, look at the Z30.  It was exclusive for just a short while.  I just wish BlackBerry would get serious again about marketing their products.  You walk into a Verizon store and ask to look at their BlackBerry devices, and they look at you like you have lobsters crawling out of your ears, lol.  Well, I will come down off my soapbox.  Doc

Hi, drbombay, Your BlackBerry Z30 does support Visual Voicemail and it is easy to set up.  First, make sure you have the service set up for your line by calling customer support.  Then, from your device, go to the Setup icon and select it.  Click on Visual Voice Mail.  You will be then prompted to enter your voicemail pass code.  Once verified, it should be set up.  Note, the service will not work until CS has set up your line for the service. Let me know if you should need more help. Doc
Hi, JerryRigged I use a pre-paid debit card on my BlackBerry World account.  I keep less than 50 bucks on there, just to make purchases.  It works well for mine.  Hope that helps, Doc
