Incase anyone else had this question I wanted to post an update. So I created a ups account yesterday which allows me to track and redirect packages either to a UPS facility or a neighbor For free. It does however state that depending on where the package is at in the process it may not be able to accept your request my package was comming from pa and I live in md. I made the request last night at 1130. The package had left pa but not yet arrived in md. I just got an email that my package is already at the facility ready for pickup.
