call customer support ask for tier 2 tech support and provide proof of such poor networks signals, and say you want to skip troubleshooting and report issue.
thats pretty funny. you get what you pay for. and nope, no contract again. i used avg for security, and used googles cloud. im good.

Change either font size in settings or different style keyboard. like swype in the play store. it helped my s7edge.
