You can go to www.verizonwireless.com, log into your MyVerizon account to check what plan you on, or call customer care @ 800-922-0204 and ask.

Change your password. That is pretty effective in stopping unauthorized account access
Open the Verizon Cloud app and there should be a menu option to TOOLS - RESTORE

Install the Verizon Cloud app on each device. The backup is associated with the devices telephone number - so each devices data is separate.
Remove backup assistant, install Verizon Cloud (replacement for BA). Change setting to only allow sync on wifi and at night.

Just print the specific pages of the bill that you want. Or from MyVerizon you can view usage by line and download just that usage into a spreadsheet

Contact the company/carrier you wish to do business with and let them handle it. You will need to provide them with the phone number you want to port to them and the password/pin for your account with current carrier. This is information they (new carrier) will need to work with your existing carrier to move your number to the new carrier. Word of warning - if you notify your existing carrier they may cancel your service, and then you will not be able to port out your number
$350 minus (6 mo @ $10) = $290 (give or take $10)

From reading the transcript, it sounds like the OP had unbilled usage from a prior month (twice) that cause him to be charged data overage. I assume since the usage wasn't reported to Vzn before the end of bill cycle, they in turn are unable to alert the customer of overage that happened in the past.
