Hi Christina, Thank you for the quick reply! We have resolved the issue. The account, for reasons unknown, was "hot lined" for verification purposes. Once making an outbound call which automatically forwarded us to a Verizon service center and verifying our identity (after working one's way through the phone menu), the service was turned back on.
