They don't block any number from calling you for the simple fact they may block the wrong number at some point and end up in a lawsuit of some sort. Ultimately, you can add your number to the National Do Not Call Registry and it will cut down on unwanted calls.

These were instated nearly two years ago. Third, and probably most important, you should contact Verizon by phone, as this is mostly a customer-to-customer forum. It's very rare that Verizon representatives here will actually solve your issue.
