$15 per 1gb or portion thereof. http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/the-verizon-plan-faqs/ The biggest gotcha in moving to the Verizon plan is if you have phones under contract, if so the device access charge is $40 for those devices under contract (until contract end).  If you have devices not under contract it is $20 and if on device payment plan the device access charge is $20 (which may be $5 more than you are currently paying for them).

You'll probably have to wipe your phone to recover, have you tried powering it off for 10 minutes and powering back up? Have you put the SD card back in to see if it would boot normally?  Otherwise assuming you have everything backed up, factory restore the phone and see if it will boot, from androidcentral.us: Steps to fix boot loop issues on stock Android 1. First of all remove the battery from your phone or tablet, and wait for almost 2 to 3 minutes. What if your device does not have removable battery? Well, then you can power off it for almost 4 to 5 minutes. 2. Now you need to boot into Stock Recovery Mode by Pressing and Holding the Volume Up+Home+Power buttons at the same time for a few seconds until you see the Android System Recovery menu on your screen. 3. You’ll be using the Volume Up/Down to switch between different options and Power button to select your desire option. 4. Now select the Wipe data/Factory Reset option and confirm it. 5. Additionally, take also the following actions: – Wipe cache partition – Go to Advance and Wipe dalvick cache 6. Now Go back to the main Recovery menu and Select the option Reboot System Now to Reboot your phone. Hopefully once your phone reboots, you should have successfully got recovered from Bootloop.

Depending on what plan you have with Verizon you may still get a phone under contract, you will pay more for the Line Access Fee ($40 versus $20) but the devices available for Free are low end devices such as the Motorola Droid Mini, for any other more expensive device you get a discount for signing the 2 year contract. Verizon like most cell companies are pushing users toward the Device Payment Plan with no contract just a payment plan equaling the device cost divided by 24 mos, which frees you up to upgrade anytime you want as long as you pay off the balance of the device when you wish to do so.

Compliments of @SuzyQ Sending... and sent mean just what they say - sending in progress, and then sent to the recipients device.  "Delivered" will normally appear only for messages to another Verizon wireless phone, and it simply means it was delivered to the device.  It does NOT mean the recipient has opened it, merely that it was delivered. If you are sending to device on another carrier, you won't see "delivered" since it's another network, and Verizon can't see if it was successfully delivered to the device.

I don't suppose it still shows up in your devices on the google play store?  You might be able to install Android Device Manager Android Device Manager - Android Apps on Google Play onto it remotely and then reset the passcode in the process, this works when it is still attached to your account but if it has been removed then it won't.
