So currently the only offer I see I end up with two phones, which I don't need and only after I pay on a phone for two years, and I have to add an additional line. I don't need two phone and I certainly have no need for two lines. Or maybe I'm reading this wrong.

You offer new phones and discount to new customers, what about those who have been with you for years.
