I'm sure agents who spend hours on the phone with unreasonable people appreciate your feedback that they suck.

If something were truly a system glitch, that'd be something out of anyone's hands--even supervisors. If you owe a company money and payment was taken out, they aren't going to give it back.

There's a reason Verizon promotes self serve. Use the My Verizon app instead of calling.
