verizon wont tell you. but usually an incomplete port shows results like yours. call verizon ask if port complete, and IF YOU DEACTIVATED OTHER SERVICE BEFORE PORTS FINISHED, you will have same issues. i did. other provider doest care. get vzw to verify/further posts here wont help til you find out. then tellus if ports complete and all is well. vzw will have to advocate to previous provider to make sure its done.
