Khbeckman88, thanks for reaching out to the community. We definitely want to make sure you have accurate information going forward. It’s awesome that your employer has provided you with a phone to use. However, if you were to cancel your personal line of service you will lose the number attached to it. If you have a Verizon basic phone that you can reduce to the lowest possible plan, then you will be able to forward calls from the basic phone line to your new one. Do you have a basic phone that you can activate?
