Stop with the "Loyal Customer" bit...No, you aren't.  Verizon is a business, and you are a consumer.  You have continued to use Verizon because you felt that the price you were paying was fair for the service you were receiving, not because you are "loyal".  If you can can get sufficient service elsewhere for a fair (or even better) price, then that is the decision that you can and should make.
