How did you receive the survey in the first place?  If it was an email, check the sender information.  The survey may be a legitimate  Verizon survey, and they want to offer you an incentive  - the incentive may not interest you, and there's no obligation to take advantage of it.

If it is not legit, the original email that led you to the survey and the sender of that email is where you should look.  Just because someone uses a big corporations name to lure people in, doesn't mean the big corporation is responsible.  They often don't know their name is being used, and can't possibly track down all scammy uses of their name.  We, as consumers, need to be vigilant and aware, and if something seems fishy, it likely is.

spam for sure cause it keep website name even page change. look like they are using frame in coding or something to hide .plus why Just  health products...now if you have taken that survey I am sure nothing had achieved so far. Hopefully you didn't use personal info or credit card info on this site....secure site always says or mostly https:// not just www

Thanks, naansalad. I did a search for it too--it sure is listed in a lot of places with a lot of rankings and stuff like that. And it popped up while I was on a Verizon page, too. Doesn't that imply that it has some kind of "in" with Verizon? Otherwise, shouldn't Verizon, as a secure site, be able to prevent pop ups from companies that haven't paid for that privilege?

sounds like you might have spyware or some kind of software install which trigger that ....you might wana do clean or antivirus update or chk ...I doubt Verizon will do that from www.verizonwireless.com..  I never had pop up from verizonwireless.com
