Sorry to hear about your device not working after the update. That's definitely not the desired result! Let's see if we can get your phone going again. We want you to enjoy your service. Have you had an opportunity to try powering the phone off for a couple minutes and then back on? Do you show any signal up at the top of the phone before you attemt the call or a message?
