Thanks for getting back to us Jess5233 about  needing to send your old phone back to us. Were you able to print the return label online? If so, did you record the tracking number for your records? If you did get this tracking number and are sending back the device as asked, you would be good to go. No need to provide the tracking number in a reply back to me but just hang on to it for your records. If you need more assistance, let me know.
