Currently I have 3 phones and 1 PDA on a family share plan with data package for my PDA. I am thinking of switching to Mobile Email to allow 1 more phone to have email and cut my cost when I switch from my PDA to a family connect compatible phone. I was in the Verizon store and was told that with Family Connect, the emails are limited to 160 characters. Is this true?
Also, does anybody have experience with using a non-PDA or non-blackberry phone accessing their email from a company's exchange server. I know Microsoft OS is best on a PDA, but had a very bad experience with my palm on Windows and rather not use a windows OS on a PDA.
Thanks

Check with your corporate IT department first.
I found out my company would NOT allow use of Remosync and ONLY the Blackberries with the BES {did I put that right} apporach - the most expensive one. Because they have taken Admin priveleges away from us.........there you go.
So, I am not spending my own nickel for THAT I iwll have to take my chances with webmail and forgo synching.
