Changed 1 line to edge program On 4/11. Warranty exchange on another line on 4/20. Kept same data plan at 40gb. my bill shows an excessive overage/usage in data. $285.00 worth in overages. Bill cycle is 3/27 to 4/26. No usage on my phone in bill details but it only shows the other line going over by 3gb. Called to cs to get some answers and the rep couldn't even explain. Help

log into your verizon account and check the data usage then the data utilization tool. that will tell you what device used the data and what the data was used on. (music, video, web browsing)
