i downloaded both the driver for my phone and rhapsody.

i followed all the given instructions (which, might i say, were not very detailed)

my computer still does not recognize my phone when i connect it using the USB cable (yes, it is the correct USB cable)

and my phone does not show up in rhapsody.

how do i solve this issue?

ps.i don't have a miroSD card or adapter yet. will i need them to make this work?
