Keep in mind the reason you are waiting is because they are helping OTHER customers, Verizon has those you know

You stated "This is simply an UNACCEPTABLE way to treat loyal customers." What way do you expect to be treated?

It seems like you think since you are loyal you are entitled to early upgrades and you are entitled to jump in front of others to get help first.

This is not the case.

How would you feel if you went into Pep Boys to get an oil change but they let a customer in front of you because they go there often? You'd be upset. Then when it was your turn, another LOYAL customer showed up and they let them in front of you too. You'd probably just leave wouldn't you? You would want them to treat you the same. Now what if you found out those customers that got to jump in front of you also paid $10 less for the same service! I guarantee you would never go to Pep Boys again. So why would you want to do the same to someone else?
