The Device was free, the $10 monthly charge is a line access. For service the tablet received. No different then getting a free phone and paying a line access over 2 years for service. Everything is clearly stated on your receipt as well as the terms and conditions that you read before signing. It's our job as the customer to read everything - a verbal statement isn't a legal binding contract. So even if a rep failed to mention the $10 monthly charge it's still your responsibility to read the contract.
