That's the message folks get when you have RINGBACK TONES activated.  Did you purchase a ringback tone?  To get that one to play, rather than the default, you'll need to log on to your MyVerizon account.  On the overview page, about in the middle, is a section on Features, hover over the RINGBACK TONES, and a pop up will give you a choice to Explore | Manage.  Click on Manage, and you should be able to get it from there....post back if you still have problems.
